There are a few scenarios where we can help you with your custom home.

LAND – if you already own a lot or not we can help….if you do we can move straight to the Plan and Design stage, if not give us a call at
407-272-3661 and we can help you find one.
Plan and Design – this is where we either work with you to find a Building Plan that works with the Land you purchased, or work with you to find Land that works with the Building Plan you already have. Either way, we work with you to customize it to your exact specifications.

Purpose Built Rentals

We understand not everyone is at the stage in their life where they can build their dream home. We work to provide the following solutions:

We find homes that are in a condition that most people would not find ideal to live in, renovate them to new build quality and provide them as rentals.
We find empty lots that have no house on them, build a new home and provide that as a rental option for the citizens of the Greater Orlando area.
We will provide multi-family properties like duplex, triplex or four-plex to help with shortage of rental options in Florida.
